Astra terms of service

Last updated: October 28, 2026

Astra provides personal-assistant features to its authorized user. Google integrations are optional and require the account holder's permission. Use Astra only with accounts and information you are authorized to access.

Calendar and Gmail connections are separate. Their availability depends on Google authorization and service availability. Google access can expire or be revoked. Cached calendar information and order records may remain visible after a connection stops refreshing and may be incomplete or out of date. Verify important dates, delivery status and other consequential information with the original service.

The public Astra information website does not provide access to the private application, accept Google authorization codes or offer a public API. Do not submit credentials or personal account information to it.

Astra is provided on an as-available basis without a promise of uninterrupted operation or error-free results. Nothing in these terms limits rights or protections that applicable law does not permit to be limited.

Google and Amazon are third-party services. Astra is not endorsed by them. Their services remain subject to their own terms and policies.

For support, questions or requests concerning Google-derived information, use the existing contact route in your private Astra application. The privacy policy explains how the integrations use information and how to request deletion.
